President Trump orders ban of Broadcom’s acquisition of Qualcomm

Bloomberg reports that Trump was encouraged on the order by the Committee on Foreign Financial Investment in the United States, the Treasury Department sub-agency that was currently examining nationwide security effects from such a deal.
